The laptop is super simple to make use of. There are quite loads of environments for the grinding and dose of espresso. I simply set the dose on max and change the grind relying on what beans I use. Saeco can no longer provide a proof for the cause of the problem, as they seemingly repair or replace completely different parts each and every time. BTW, they are going to ask you to be pressured with taking it to UPS or a UPS Store (where you'll be charged the return transport); If you escalate it to the Customer Service Manager, they will quilt the shipping and have UPS come to your door. However, the purpose of buying a $1,400+ computerized laptop is to expect it to reliably make 2-3 coffees - when it does not, the inconvenience of being without it for weeks at a time throughout repairs is unacceptable. Saeco is now offering to switch the unit, however with the terrible feedback on all their products, I am disenchanted and exhausted with the logo. So, if you are hoping to save lots of your Starbucks or Caribou price range, no longer sure this is the reply.
